Who we are
Hulley Performance is a football coaching business based in Dubai, UAE. We run group and 1-to-1 coaching sessions in Dubai and an online mentorship programme for players worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book a player assessment or get in touch, we collect what you tell us: your name and contact details, the player's age, level, club and goals, and anything else you choose to share. For players under 18, a parent or guardian should make the booking.
If you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation so we can reply and arrange sessions.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, arrange assessments and sessions, deliver coaching, and look after our clients. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the Hulley Performance team and the services we use to run the business: Typeform (our enquiry form), Google (our email) and Cloudflare (our website hosting). These providers handle information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Children
We coach players from age 5. We only ever deal with a parent or guardian when arranging coaching for a child, and we ask for the minimum we need.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services. If you never become a client, we do not keep your enquiry longer than necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
